How do you handle unexpected elutes (peaks) other than the target elutant, in cleaning validation swab sample analysis (by HPLC). What else can you do if these elutants are verifed to be none of the chemicals or its degradants used in the same/common equipment in the previous manufacture and verified to be not laboratory related.
