Hello!
Anybody knows the reason that a Thioglycolate Broth is degradated after the preparation? 
The broth became brown and you can see a precipitatedā¦
We check if the Dehydrated Medium was deteriorated; the Weighing of the Dehydrated medium, the time and the temperature of heating during the preparation and autoclaving; the possiblity of an Improperly Washed Glassware, the purity of Water and the mixing of the medium during the preparation but everything was ok!
