The number of thermocouples used in autoclave validation

Do any standards require or suggest the number of thermocouples used in autoclave validation?( I wanna U.S.A standards)
I have already know Annex D of ISO 17665-2 described the guidance for the number of thermocouples, so other else?

Dear Mr. Iris
We used 20 thermocouples to validated our autoclave that FDA (HSA) acceptable. (we used PDA no.1 is Refference)
So, we have only ISO 17665-1, Can you copy ISO 17665-2 to me please.
