The requirement for temperature and RH mapping is:
The instruments used for mapping should be a validated one.
The instruments used should be positioned where maximum fluctuation is expected or where the worst case result is expected.

FOr the frequency, it should be determined by yourself considering the frequency of change in environmental condition including the seasonal variation at your premises.

Regarding seasonal variation:Is it possible that the Monitoring point for temperature and RH shift to other location than the point identified in the first/initial study.

And what actions should be taken if the point shifts from the first study?
