Service Level Agreement

Hi All,

I have a favor to ask, I am doing some research into service level agreements between software vendors and client and was wondering if anyone has an example of one that I could read to get an idea of what they should contain.

I would be most greatful for any help regarding this matter.

In practice, the term SLA is sometimes utilised to refer to the contracted delivery time or performance. As an example, internet service providers module commonly include service level agreements within the cost of their contracts with customers to define the level of service being sold in stark module cost module in this case hit a technical definition in cost of MTTF, MTTR, various data rates, etc.
