Hi,I currently work for a Biopharmaceutical company and I would like to find out about the SDS PAGE validation.(How to go about validating the test,what should be taken into consideration,methodology,gel, etc)

For this you have to use Molecular weight markers and some Internatioal standrads and or WHO standards of Albumin, Lysozyme.
You have to run 3 times, and then compare in your Gel comparator sofware regarding the migration of molecular weight markers verses your standard proteins.
Every time you perform-you must have same parameters of Electricity, Buffers and chemical composition of Loading Gels and Resolving gels in all the 3 runs.
You have to make a single stock solution freshly prepared, make dilutions from that and run and compare.
