What kind of validation document is required for those standard modules in SAP, where there is no modification or amendment on its usage.

What validation work has been undertaked so far i.e. was the system qualified prior to implementation? Are you looking at retrospectively validating the entire system or just additional modules subsequently added under change control?

Thanks for responding.
The whole system is to be restrospectively validated. In the system, some standard modules are modified. Accordingly, this should be validated from URS/FS/UAT.
For those standard modules without modification, is it necessary to do the URS/FS/UAT ?
