So if Product A can have contamination of Product B with a MACO of 10kg and in the results, blender retained the amount of product B equal to 90% of MaCO value then doesn’t it means that the blender is not clean. and also it is not safe or uses without recleaning it.
Would anyone be able to explain to me if the blender is safe for use without recleaning?
The answer is NO! You would have to prove that your MACO calculation was appropriate and compliant (MSC was based the ADE, a measure of toxicity) and does not violate your SOP (promises you have made). Rather than dithering (and making BAD judgements) why not just clean the piece of equipment?
