I work in a medical device company.I am preparing a PQ protocol for the mixing tank(for mixing of anticoagulant solution used in the blood bag)(capacity 650 L).I have no previous experience in preparing one,it would be helpful if could get help in the same.
I need help in the following
1.Critical parameters to be assessed and the procedure.
2.Sampling procedure
3.Required QC tests as per the standards.
