Regarding Area maintenance in a Parenetral unit

Dear all,

I want to know Is it possible to maintain two different classes of an area in parenteral unit using a single A.H.U say one area belongs to class 10000 and other one class 100000 ??

This might be possible only in the manufacturing process of Terminally sterilized parenteral products.

This type of concept was in early 80’s. Now this concept became redundant and its not accepted by regulators.

We are in an age of dedicated facilities with Riskassesments, Risk controls, Critical control points and energy efficiencies, green codes etc etc.
