Query regarding Process print out error

Dear all,

I have a query regarding Bung proceesor cum steam sterilizer in which during
sterilization cycle of Machine parts process print out annexure is not printing the
validated time i.e 30 min.instead it has printed 29.59 min,Is that print out justificable to
use,I want to know what should bethe corrective action to be taken to avoid such
type of problems ?

Raise a CAPA and give it to Engg department and Computer department.
It clearly shows an error.
Orelse you should know how to override the system and get actual results.
Its a minor deviation in this case.As it is 1 sec difference. But as per SAL its a major deviation.
Please look into the run errors and programming of whole system.
