This is a query for Analytical method developed for determination of a Formulated Cleaning agent in swab samples.
Specification is 100ug of Formulated cleaning agent /swab.
Case: As per MSDS, the above said Formulated cleaning agent has 6 components (A,B,C,D,E and F) in defined proportions. No reference standard or its equivalent is available to the individual listed components.
Please provide a good analytical approach [Considering cost, time- since it is a cleaning validation sample] to develop a method for the above cited case?
