Quality Manaual and SOP reference

Whether in Quality Manual SOP can be given as reference, Is there any guideline that SOP should not be given as reference in Quality Manaual.

Hello:

It is ok to make SOP ref in the Quality Manual. It is permitted by ISO inspectors and certification agencies.
