I was wondering if I could get some feedback with the following, I am currently developing a Quality and Validation Plan for a company that is incorporating a web application into their quality system. I am hoping for feedback so I can generate a comprehensive document without gaps.
Currently I am considering the following:
· Introduction
· Purpose
· Scope
· Responsibilities
· Reference Documents
· Abbreviations/Acronyms
· Validation Deliverables (List of validation documents associated with the system)
· Quality Deliverables (List of quality documents required, Good Documentation Practices etc)
· Change Control
· Configuration Management
· Review Process (As this will occur between the software company and the client)
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
