hello everyone,
could you please suggest how can i start the performance qualification of the equipment? For example, stainless reactor though its IQ and OQ had been completed successfully but after intervals of time, it has been found that machine is not working well and analysis result is also not satisfactory. Is it possible to carry out performance qualification of such equipment having problem?
