Do we need to qualify the sampling rod used in the sampling for in process quality check?
If you using only for sample collection, no need of any qualification. But if you are using it for quantification of the sample (sample weight or volume), then it must be qualified and calibrated periodically. However, u may need to consider it as part of your cleaning validation based the type of samples you collecting with it.
