Process transfer SOP

Hi all,

I need some help/opinions.

Up to now, I never transfered any method or equipment to another lab. But now, our sister company would like having some new facilities that we have.

Before, I will build a Process transfer SOP.
I would like a SOP in wich I can find a same way to follow in order to transfer an equipment as well as a analytical method, an non analytical method, a software,…

Do you have some ideas that I could insert in this SOP?

Up to now I will tell about :

  • responsibilities setting up
  • staff training
  • case of validated method or qualified (IQ/QO/PQ) equipment
  • case of non validated method or equipment
  • evaluation of the tests to be done
  • OOS management
  • report format

Do you have other Ideas??
