We all know that Pre-Use Integrity testing (EU gmp Annex-1, 2008) or Post Sterilization Filter Integrity testing (FDA -Aseptic Guidance) is in place and has been effective since last 1.5 to 2 years.
Most of the folks around the globe feel that the risk of contamination is cmpromised as some bacteria may get entrapped in the pores and it was also found that some species might migrate to the down stream side.
Please let me know your thoughts and experiences about this.
