When performing PQ or revalidation of an autoclave cycle, would it be acceptable to abort the cycle after the exposure phase?
While performing PQ of Autoclave every parameters needed to be verified if cycle is aborted after exposure time then you may not get the result of exhaust system and if loaded cycle is runned on PQ then every aspesct of cycle should be verified plz refer PDA technical litrature for reference.
The production operator has to follow same procedure as done by validation analyst hence it is not advisable to abort the cycle after exposure.
