PQ Of the Rapid Mixer Granulator

Dear Forum members,

I wanna perform performance Qualification of Rapid Mixer Granulator(RMG). Would you please suggest me what are the checks to be perform in PQ of RMG.

Now I am doing PQ for machine like this …Super Mixer Granulator
Parameter that I check :

RPM of the propeller blades
The homogenity of the granule… take samples represent all granule and analyze the concentration

Dear par sad,
I think you should check following parameters
Impeller speed
Chopper speed
Granulate placebo
A.Hard granulate
B.soft granulate
Run three different products and evaluate its end point
