During screen (cone mill) inspection found that in some holes No Go passed easily somewhere chocked in middle. We used Go No Go pins for inspection and qualification of perforated screens. Now my question is that manufacturer passed that screen with some guidelines with tolerance limit. Please give me alternate method for qualification and analysis with tolerence limit so I can examine that screen again.
