I’m a new member from Indonesia. I’d like to ask how to validate microbiology medium used in Antibiotic Microbial Assay and Microbial Limit Test ?

Also how to validate the Antibiotic-Microbial Assay process, what parameters included and what are the requirements ?

for media validation,you can perform growth promotion tests,and for method validation fiducial limits of error be calculted and should be within limits
