Two questions:

For MKT, does it matter how long (duration) each spike is and how frequent are the spikes, provided that the MKT is less that 25˚C with the excursions is within the permitted 15 – 30˚C.

Is MKT only applicable for warehouses and storage rooms? Could this be applied to incubators, freezers, refrigerators, cold boxes?
