Hello All,
I am dealing with this situation where we found mold in one of our walk in storage coolers which is located in the warehouse.The mold was brought into the cooler by a contaminated inbound shipper that was stored there.
There was ~ 17 CFU mold found in the cooler air and I am wondering if anybody had any experience dealing with cleaning of the cooling / refrigeration system itself?
Is there any guidelines on air and surface mold limits for a storage cooler that is used to store finished product in its tertiary packaging container / shipper?
