Lab dishwasher qualification

Hi ALL, I’m going to do dishwasher validation, IOQ will be as regular validation, as to performance qualification, anyone has clue how to do it and the acceptance criteria?

PQ - For determined loads - Riboflavine test and residue test …

Determine your loads and for each load you have:

  1. Spray with a solution of riboflavin and examine with a UV lamp - take photos.
  2. Run appropriate cycle. Re-examine with UV lamp for residual riboflavin, take photos
  3. Swab load items and test for for detergent residues etc - I use TOC

Do this for each load that you have determined and each cycle that the load is used in.
