Do you know any guidelines on the qualification of hplc autosampler?
What are the critical parameters to check?

Typical operational qualification of HPLC autosamplers include: accuracy, reproducibility, linearity and carryover. If the autosampler also has the ability to regulate temperature, the accuracy of the temperature needs to be tested and if temperature is critical, the stability over time of the temperature control should be tested as well.
