In search of GLP Checklists for Simple Systems

Hi,

I’m looking for a GLP template for simple system audits. To give further explaination, I am looking for a template that can be tweaked to apply to different systems as they relate to the GLPs, such as: equipment validation, training, shipping & receiving, Pharmacokinetics, Assay Development, etc.

any help would be appreciated as my “plan B” so to speak is to just start with a full on GLP checklist, and whittle it down to make it abbreviated for each system…
