If you’re truly desperate and you don’t have the staff qualified to develop one, you’ll need to get some external (consulting) help. It’s not something that can be provided to you via a few exchanges in a forum like this. And I would advise against getting a copy of a system from someone else. The system should be built around how YOU do business. Trying to apply a canned system is fraught with issues and often leads to NCs.
