Does anyone know what is the concentration of fluorescein be used in cleaning validation (visual check for coverage)? any related reference available?

Are you referring to how much ribboflavin to add to water in order to get adequate coverage? If that is your question, then 1gm to 5 liters should be more than adequate for testing.
