Dear all
as we know that finger dab test uses 2 plates for left and right hand. can we use only 1 plate for both hands? my idea is if we if we use 2 plates, when 1 plate have 1 colony, and the other plate is still sterile, so its still fulfill the requirement. and when we use only 1 plate for both hand, there is no chance for possibilty like when we using 2 plates, because if only 1 colony growing, so the conclusion is unqualified.
