Dear experts,
can any one explain me the effect of different particle sizes of API & Excipients on chemical results??
which testing parameters may effect due to this particle size differences.
I got a problem in direct blending product in which 10% less API potency found every time. we are sieving API through 100#mesh while for all other excipients we use 40mesh.
