Hi all,
Does anyone have experience in sterilization pH probes? I heard that they might be sensitive to being dried out during a cycle? Any other tips? How about keeping them submerged in WFI and running a gravity displacement cycle (i.e. consider it a liquid load)? But then WFI might not be a suitable buffer for the probe?
