Documentation on both side of a page

Dear All
What is the problem if we use both side of one page for documentation purpose e.g for SOP, chemical data record.?

I don’t think it’s critical… but typically 1-sided is preferred. If records are scanned or copied when they are 2-sided the second side often gets missed. I’ve talked to several auditors that prefer 1-sided.
