Nice to be here.

We are currently in the process of ordering a computer system from a vendor.

We have done due diligence, and are happy with this vendor.

In terms of documentation that we need from a compliance side, what do we need?

I mean from start to finish, Installation Guide, Configuration Management etc.

All help would be most kind.

Many Questions…What is the Computer System to be used for? Is it a stand alone system, or will it ne networked? Is it a process control system or is it a data historian, or both? Is the vendor supplying a computer with an operating system and an application program(s)? Is the application off the shelf or custom? Is the configuration required? etc etc

We have computer software for HPLC known as Empower.I have to validate it.If someone knows how to do it please write about it.
