Wanted some opinions on whether a desktop that is running a client program should be qualified and maintained under change control. My take is yes, but I have gotten other opinions.
Yes in all the projects I have worked it has been.
For example in IQ qualification the following would be verified
PC type
OS version
Antivirus software
Version of IE
RAM
Memory
Screen size (important in some applications)
Secure Desktop
