Concurrent validation of autoclave

Dear All,
I want to know that it is possible to do concurrent validation of autoclave.I want to do some loads with concurrent validation of the autoclave. The materials or solution which i used during validation process(by exposing biological indicators + probes), i want to know that should i able to used these materilas after validations.:slight_smile:

Dear Yogesh,

Yes , you can do concurrent validation on autocalve if the autoclave has previously qualified and their cycles are validated and material and solution may used.

You can do this. Only precaution yoy have to take is the B.I should not come in contact with solution.
