We are using some equipments for raw material manufacturing and we are not knowing the LD50 and daily dose limits of Raw material. can ? you explain what is the cleaning limit for raw material equipment cleaning. and what is methlodolgy for introducing the such type of equipment for usage to Finished good manufacturing.

Without the LD50 value of chemical/Starting meterial, it’s Ridiculous to have discussion on CLEANING VALIDATION. If LD50 value is unknown, it will be Ur sole responsibility, to determine the value.
