Can we replace PQ with PV?

I have completed DQ/IQ/OQ. The PQ is a planned to perform with Process validation for three batches.

Based on the consitent results of Three batches; Can I consider that my PQ is completed along with PV?

That is nothing but PQ, no need to another PQ

PQ and PV are same only insome cases,U have said that u completed DQ,IQ,OQ.
May i know for which equipment u have done these ,so that i can clarify you.

yes,I think you can .And most of the equipment in my current and previous company are in this way.
