I have an FFU Fan Filter Unit used mainly for cleanroom manufacturing, can I use it for making my Laminar flow hood ??

Sure, you can. FFU’s are used in sterile isolators so they can be used also in LF hoods. Using FFU’s (Fan Filter Unit) allows to control air velocity under each filter so if your hood contains more than 1 filter, you can adjust the velocities and make them equal.
