What temperature range have to be test?
• Repeated measurement of the empty chamber (e.g. 3 times)
• Use of in minimum 10 to 12 sensors / m3 of chamber
volume
• One sensor should be near to the control sensor respect. near
to the condensate drain
• Documentation of the exact localisation of the used sensors
The autoclave must have no occurrences of alarms during the cycle.
The cycle parameters match the specified parameters.
All TC’s maintain ±1.0°C of the mean chamber temperature during the exposure phase at each logged interval.
The saturated steam pressure from the NIST P/T Table that corresponds to the average chamber TC temperature agrees with the measured chamber pressure by ± 0.725 PSI.
All applicable printouts (e.g., Kaye data logger, calibration reports, and PARCS data) are attached.
