We are required to perform validation studies for campaign manufacturing for creams/liquids and maybe solids. I need information/advise. I believe that the number of batches that can be campaigned is 3. Is this correct? Or can we go as far as 5 within a week (1 per day)
Also what timelimes can be used between batches (24 hrs/48hrs). To validate would I sample the bulk product at top and bottom, or 10 samples for content uniformity for each batch campaigned.
