After a long gap, I came back to my favorite site.
MACO is generally calculate using dosage quantity, batch size and safety factor. While calculating swab limit, MACO can be divided by surface area. So, swab limit shall be always inversely proportional to surface area. But, if you are collecting rinse sample, the surface area is not required but you need to consider rinse volume.
