Basic Documentation Question

GOOD DOCUMENTATION PRACTICE (GDocP)

Curious to know if the following items are acceptable/non-acceptable across the industry:

  1. Crossing Z’s and 7’s
  2. Slashing 0’s (the number) to distinguish from O’s (the letter)

I have been taught one way, but I cannot find the proper resources for any particular way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Better we can differentiate by bolding the font, through proper change control in sop for sop

These are not acceptable. As strikes on Z 's and 7’s looks like entry errors.
