OOS - Reportable result that falls outside established specifications or acceptance criteria which have been established in official compendia and/or by company documentation. Scope : (assay, dissolution, micro)
OOT - Result/s that fall outside historical, expected or previous trends. Result/s that are still within specification but are unexpected, questionable, irregular, deviant or abnormal. Test results (physical, chemical, organoleptic, microbial), Output results (yield), Consumption results (Labor hours)
