Automatic IQ OQ Validation

Hi

I am planning to automate all my IQ and OQ documents for Infrastructure components like

Oracle and SQL Database
UNIX and WINDOWs Server build

We are currently filling IQ OQ documents manually using the standard templates for above said technolgy and in a month we do close to 250 IQ’s

We are planning to automatic this process , Please help me if you any tools that can be introduced to do IQs for all infrastructure in my data centers
