At What Frequency Should I Qualify My HVAC?

Are there any criteria or guideline for establishing the frequency of HVAC qualification.Can we do it once per 3 year?Any ideas.

I want to be sure I understand what you mean by HVAC qualification. Do you mean the environmental monitoring (particles, DP’s, air exchange rates, etc.)?

If so then please check out ISO14644-2. In the appendix (see a few pertitant tables below), it mention the type of testing that is required and the frequency that is is required, based on your cleanliness levels.

This is old and no longer in force. New ISO 14644 part I and II have change since December 2015, where it is stated to perform risk analysis in the particular installation and continued process verification, in other words monitoring, in order to establish requalification intervals
