Hi,

How the grading of the area will be decided in Aseptic filling line?

Suppose Two different areas (eg: Filling area with supporting area) with Grade ‘B’ how much differential pressure is perferable? Rational?

[COLOR="#000000"]Minimum 12.5 to Maximum 15 pascals of pressure difference is advisable.
Core aseptic filling suite area (Class A/B or Class A) should always be at highest pressure rating so that the direction of flow of air is always towards to lesser clean adjacent/support areas having lower classification.[/color]
