I have one question about Volumetric Flask.
Do I need to annual re-qualify the accuracy of qualified volumetric flask.
If I need, how to deal with the deviation when re-qualification cannot meet criteria? I mean how to trace the impact into your quality system.

Not required.
don’t do it. there ends the matter.
It is evident that there is no risk of using old glassware unless you find crack or break of glass.
It is an unnecessary evaluation and waste of time which does not make any scence in case of quality.
