Alert and action levels cleanroom class 6

How can I set up the internal alert and action levels for a cleanroom class 6? is there any formula based on the standard?

Dear AMS,

There are three types of system operating limts,1)Design limit. 2) Alert limit 3) Action limit.

  1. Design limit deals with the targeted/expected value, it is too narrow it can be determined by six sigma approach.
  2. Alert limit deals with normal operating limits, it usually set well under action limits and it gives confidence that the operation process with in limits it always wider than design limit.
  3. Action limit derived from operative range and it must be with in validated acceptance criteria.

Thanks

Thanks so much Shahnawaz. In the case of particle count (cleanroom design to be class 6), If we have per standard a maximum concentration of 35200 particles/m3(0.5 um), is it safe to say that the alert level shall be set up to + 20 % safety factor above the design limit… is this fine?
Thanks so much to all.

Dear AMS,

Its seems sound and scientific, go head.
